All of our homes are photographed by a professional photographer who specializes in real estate photography. Based on our experience, the quality of the photography has a profound impact on the appeal of the professional brochures, magazines, online marketing and newspaper ads that we run for each home. As with all marketing, we bear the entire cost of the photography.

Given the popularity of social media and video distribution sites, over 90 percent of homebuyers include the internet in their search process. To get maximum exposure and to engage potential buyers emotionally, we utilize an interactive 3D home tour from a professional video production company.
